Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Kura Notes LLC (“we”) about your use of VisaPath. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. What the service is
VisaPath is a reference tool. It collects public information from published sources (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, Federal Register) into one searchable place and links each item back to its source.
Reference tool only. Not legal advice. Always confirm on uscis.gov.
2. Accuracy
Every item is read from its source on a schedule and checked before it is shown, but sources change, and we can be wrong or behind. The source is authoritative. Check it before you rely on anything for a decision; each page links to it.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox to yourself. One account is for one person; a team plan gives each person their own seat.
4. Free use and plans
Visitors and free accounts get 5 lookups a day. Paid plans remove that limit and add notes.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year at the price shown when you subscribed, plus any tax, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from Account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. We will tell you before any price change applies to you.
5. Teams
A team's owner pays for its seats and can invite or remove people. Team notes are visible to everyone on the team; private notes are visible only to their author.
6. Your notes
Notes you write are yours. We store them to show them to you (and, for team notes, your team) and for nothing else.
Do not put names, A-numbers, receipt numbers or any client information in a note.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to get around the daily limit, scrape the site in bulk, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
8. Limits of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and ending
We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Account.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Questions: support@kuranotes.app.
